We all know by now, you can’t out train a bad diet. It’s the reason so many people workout in the gym year round, and end up looking the exact same or with showing little progress. Why not make an investment in your physique by fast tracking your way through all the conflicting information online, with a nutritional protocol that’s completely unique to you?
How is this diet specifically yours?
After you consult with Kevin and outline your current health, diet, exercise, and goals, Kevin will take the time to construct your perfect nutritional program to guide you to achieving the results you want. This can be geared towards fat loss, hypertrophy, or simply feeling and performing better. After a 3 week trial period, you’ll check in with Kevin via email or phone to analyse how you’re responding to the diet and make any tweaks that may be necessary.
